The month long festival will feature an eclectic mix of acts from both local and international performers, including burlesque, circus, comedy, music, dance, theatre, and numerous genre combinations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The festival will also host prominent artists such as <b>Kaytlin Bailey<\/b>, <b>Richard Dale<\/b>, and <b>Matt Davis<\/b>, who will be arriving directly from the Edinburgh Fringe, the world\u2019s largest Fringe festival.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The Fringe street programme will once again bring acclaimed performers to Tallinn Town Hall. The line-up includes the Irish collective Tumble Circus, the duo Bill and Fred, and the Irish clown Shiva Grigs, who will perform &#8216;The Pigeon Catcher&#8217;. Over the past eight years, the Tallinn Fringe Festival has grown organically despite global crises, economic uncertainty, and criticism,&#8221; notes Fringe artist <b>Kaisa Ling<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Unlike traditional festivals, the Tallinn Fringe Festival is a collaborative effort, organised by performers and venues rather than a single organiser.
