The event is dedicated to Tartu, the European Capital of Culture 2024, from where almost all the performing musicians hail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The festival&#8217;s concerts will take place in the garden of the Tallinn TV Tower. The outdoor concerts begin each evening at 7 pm and last until around 8:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The opening concert on July 11 will feature internationally renowned Estonian blues guitarist <strong>Andres Roots<\/strong>. His music has been played on radio stations across five continents, and he has performed in the USA and most of Europe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">On Friday, July 12, the blues band Enn Vei, formed in 2015, will perform. The band members share a passion for the blues of the 1950s and 1960s. Their repertoire includes music by blues masters <strong>Jimmy Reed<\/strong>, <strong>Howlin\u2019 Wolf<\/strong>, <strong>Muddy Waters<\/strong>, and <strong>Little Walter<\/strong>, as well as later legends such as the Red Devils, <strong>James Harman<\/strong>, and <strong>Kirk Fletcher<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">On Saturday, July 13, Cathouse Radio, inspired by the blues of New Orleans and Chicago, will take the stage. They add a unique twist to their songs with elements of rock, country, and punk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The festival will conclude on Sunday, July 14, with a performance by the Finnish-Estonian band South of Savoy. The band features singer <strong>Krista Tiitinen<\/strong>, guitarist and singer <strong>Oskar Malleus<\/strong>, guitarist <strong>August Skjoldby<\/strong>, bassist <strong>Jaan Jaanson<\/strong>, and drummer <strong>Jeremia Kangas<\/strong>.
