Noting that apartment prices saw a moderate increase of 1.2 per cent from the previous quarter, while house prices surged by 4 per cent during the same period. This disparity, according to S\u00e4inast, can be attributed to contrasting price movements across different regions in Estonia. Specifically, while apartment prices in Tallinn experienced a decline in square metre prices, other regions witnessed an increase, influencing the overall index dynamics.<\/p>\n
