The popular food festival “Otep\u00e4\u00e4 Maitsed” (Flavours of Otep\u00e4\u00e4) starts tomorrow, April 11. The 11-day long festival will see six restaurants in and around Otep\u00e4\u00e4<\/span><\/a> offer special 3-course meals. <\/p>\n The theme of this year\u2019s Flavours of Otep\u00e4\u00e4 festival is “IseLoov”, which translates as ‘self-creative’ in English.
