The works &#8220;Fratres&#8221;, &#8220;F\u00fcr Alina&#8221;, &#8220;Spiegel im Spiegel&#8221;, &#8220;Variationen zur Gesundung von Arinuschka&#8221;, &#8220;Ukuaru Waltz&#8221; and &#8220;Passacaglia&#8221; will be performed at the concerts. The pieces will be played on violin, piano, and gong.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The soloists in the concert will be pianist <strong>Auli Teppo<\/strong>, violinist <strong>Leena Laas<\/strong> and multi-instrumentalists and sound therapists <strong>Lilia M\u00e4rtmaa<\/strong> and <strong>Deniss Vinogradov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The gong is an idiophonic percussion instrument that has a wide spectrum in terms of pitch and its vibration frequencies are wide, reaching between 4 and 7 Hz. This frequency has a connection to emotions, creativity, intuition, imagination, and memories. It can also be interpreted as a therapeutic frequency.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Arvo P\u00e4rt is considered one of the greatest composers of spiritual music today. His musical style has been described as &#8220;the new simplicity&#8221; and &#8220;holy minimalism&#8221;. The composer calls the musical style and compositional system created by himself, &#8220;tintinnabuli&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The concerts at the locations below will last about two hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.piletilevi.ee\/eng\/tickets\/muusika\/arvo-part-sakraalne-minimalism-425105\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>03.04.<\/strong> St. John&#8217;s Church, Tallinn<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.piletilevi.ee\/eng\/tickets\/muusika\/arvo-part-sakraalne-minimalism-425109\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>12.04.<\/strong> Alppila Church, Helsinki<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.piletilevi.ee\/eng\/tickets\/muusika\/arvo-part-sakraalne-minimalism-425108\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>16.04.<\/strong> St. John&#8217;s Church, Tartu<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Four musicians will perform the works of the world-famous Estonian composer Arvo P\u00e4rt at three concerts during April.
