The Estonian National Opera will host its popular annual New Year\u2019s Eve Operetta Ball this Sunday, December 31. During the evening, familiar songs and pieces from famous operetta\u2019s will be performed by soloists, the orchestra, and dancers.<\/p>\n
The music for the New Year\u2019s Eve extravaganza will be provided by the symphony orchestra and the Estraadiradio orchestra. The soloists will be well-known Estonian singers Nele-Liis Vaiksoo<\/strong> and Uku Suviste<\/strong>. You can enjoy the music of Tarmo Eespere<\/strong> in the white hall and the music of young composer-musician Robi Salumets<\/strong> in the opera restaurant.<\/p>\n A ticket to the event costs 35 euros per person. The theater hall program and prom package costs 49\u201389 euros depending on the location of the seat.<\/p>\n The opera house restaurant’s party menu with food and drinks costs 159 euros, but booking the package also requires a ball or ball-theatre ticket. You can only buy a ticket for the New Year’s Eve dinner at the National Opera’s own ticket office.<\/p>\n As is the custom, don’t show up to the ball in casual clothes.
