Along with military reenactments, there will be a concert from top Estonian acts, an antiques and crafts fair, exhibitions, and more.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The 15th International Valga International Festival of Military History (Milfest) will begin this Friday morning at 9 am with the Police and Border Guard Service Dog Championships. Visitors will also be able to attend a commemoration to the Forest Brothers, visit exhibitions, and more.
