The unique exhibition which combines synthetic hair and an Icelandic soundscape was created especially for the exhibition space at Kai.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Reykjavik-based artist <strong>Hrafnhildur Arnad\u00f3ttir<\/strong> known popularly as Shoplifter, who calls herself a color maximalist, has created a unique multicolored installation for the Kai space using synthetic hair \u2013 her signature material. The soundscape for the exhibition has been created by Icelandic musician and talented theremin player Hekla.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The exhibition \u00b4Hyperweb&#8217; will be on display until November 26.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">It is also possible to book a personal tour at Kai Keskus in English and Russian, by emailing <a href=\"mailto:info@kai.center\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">info@kai.center<\/span><\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Open-air cinema &#8216;Kai v\u00e4likino&#8217; to open in July<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The open-air cinema operated by art house cinema Kino S\u00f5prus will be showing a range of movies in July and August in the outdoor area next to Kai in front of Proto Discovery Centre&#8217;s caf\u00e9. The program has been prepared in cooperation with the Institut Fran\u00e7ais and the Goethe-Institut.
