This year marks an important milestone, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.180degrees.ee\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>180\u00b0 by Matthias Diether<\/strong><\/a> becomes the first restaurant in Estonia to be awarded two Michelin Stars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For <strong>Matthias Diether<\/strong> it is more than just personal recognition for the hard work the team at 180\u00b0 and their suppliers have put in. \u201cIt is amazing for Estonia to have a two star restaurant and we are proud to help Estonia to be more recognised,\u201d Diether joyfully explained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nch.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>NOA Chefs Hall<\/strong><\/a> retained its one Michelin Star, and six restaurants received the Bib Gourmand recognition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cThanks to last year&#8217;s inaugural edition, more and more people are discovering Estonia&#8217;s culinary landscape, which is considered a hidden treasure \u2013 and we are happy that the second edition renews and expands the original selection. The country has a very attractive selection of different restaurants, and here you can boast many skilled and ambitious chefs who make the most of local produce,\u201d commented <strong>Gwendal Poullennec<\/strong>, the International Director of Michelin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A total of 6 new restaurants entered the Michelin Guide this year.
