As a result, the Estonian Transport Administration (Transpordiamet) has issued a \u201cvery high risk\u201d warning for slippery road conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The Estonian Weather Service has issued a warning for glazed ice and gusty conditions across Estonia today. Glazed ice occurs when freezing rain or drizzle hits an already cold surface such as a road forming an extremely thin coating of ice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">As a consequence, extremely slippery conditions are expected on the roads around Estonia. With the Estonian Transport Administration issuing a \u201cvery high risk\u201d warning across the country and urging drivers to use the roads with caution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The slippery conditions will also be accompanied by gusty conditions nationwide with winds up to between 15 and 20 m\/s.
