Language learners will be able to go to lessons in person in Tartu and Paldiski, there will also be online courses available for those living in different locations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Estonian Integration Foundation, which offers many services to new arrivals in Estonia, has just announced its latest wave of free Estonian language lessons. For the very first time, it will be possible to attend lessons in Paldiski, in the west of Harjumaa.
