During the event, not only will people turn their homes and gardens into makeshift caf\u00e9s, but there will be many events and cultural programs taking place around the island.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Most of the caf\u00e9s taking part in this year&#8217;s Kodukohvikute p\u00e4evad can be found in the island&#8217;s capital, K\u00e4rdla. However, there are also many caf\u00e9s in other parts of the island such as Kassari, P\u00fchalepa and K\u00f5pu (which is home to the famous lighthouse). A map of all the caf\u00e9s can be found by clicking <a href=\"https:\/\/hiiumaa.ee\/kodukohvikutepaevad2022\/#kaart\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\">here<\/span><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">As well as dozens of caf\u00e9s around the island, there will also be a rich and varied selection of entertainment and cultural events on offer. Today, for example, there will be performers all day long along at Traalikohvik in Suuresadama. This includes a performance from the folk dance group Kiili Kirjud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Likewise, on Saturday, a brass band will perform at Aia Hoov at 1:00 p.m, the Estonian chamber choir Collegium Musicale Vahtram\u00e4e will perform at Pidulaua caf\u00e9, and the much loved IIUKALA B\u00c4ND will perform at Kalamehe.
