As a result, Ukrainian refugees now make up over 3 per cent of Estonia\u2019s total population. However, the number of refugees entering the country each week is reducing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">As of today, 41,379 Ukrainian refugees have entered Estonia with an intention to stay since Russia\u2019s invasion of the country back on February 24. With Estonia\u2019s small population of just 1.3 million, this means that Ukrainian refugees make up more than 3 per cent of Estonia\u2019s population. This is one of the highest rates in Europe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">However, the number of Ukrainian refugees entering Estonia is slowing down. Last week 2179 refugees entered Estonia, of which 1330 were in transit and 879 intended to stay. These numbers are down by almost 500 compared to the previous week when 2672 Ukrainians entered Estonia.
