The Estonian Weather Service has issued a level two warning for dangerous strong winds and snow today. Winds on the islands and western coast are expected to reach up to 30m\/s (108 kph) and inland up to 23 m\/s (83 kph) throughout the day. <\/span><\/p>\n These winds are already causing problems with more than 17,000 households without electricity. The hardest hit places being Saaremaa, Hiiumaa and Harjumaa.
