Blood sausages are fried in a pan or roasted in the oven before eating. In addition, lingonberry jam is offered as a condiment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The third meat dish on the Estonian Christmas table is s\u00fclt (jellied meat), the main ingredient of which is usually pork.
