Tallinn Fashion Week returns with fresh designs

Tallinn Fashion Week is set to bring new energy to the Estonian fashion on March 20 and 21 at the Vene Kultuurikeskus in Tallinn. Tickets for the event are now available on the Fienta website, with a programme booklet accessible on the official TFW page.

Over the two days, the event will feature a mix of contemporary seasonal trends and timeless pieces from well-established designers. Among the names returning to the catwalk is Mammu Couture, known for its presence at each spring and autumn edition of Tallinn Fashion Week. The latest work from Tiina Talumees, winner of last autumn’s Golden Needle award, will also be presented.

Anastassija Balak will provide inspiration for summer and beachwear, while Marilin Sikkal’s collection explores themes of family, relationships, and the sacredness of life. Ilona Abdullaeva will bring a distinctive touch with hand-dyed natural fabrics influenced by the Sahara Desert.

LEVI design store, in collaboration with Solaris Shopping Centre, has put together a fashion show that combines different styles from five Estonian designers. Karin Rask’s collection reflects serenity, Xenia Joost androgynous and rebellious edge,  Althea’s minimalist cuts and structured designs, Vilve Unt’s work inspired by the attitude of Chanel, and Hannes Rüütel’s gender-neutral approach will all be part of this presentation.

Menswear also takes the spotlight with Amanjeda by Katrin Kuldma, presenting separate collections for both men and women.

For the first time, two emerging designers will be given the chance to step into the Tallinn Fashion Week spotlight. Ralf Oskar Siim, winner of Tallinna 21. Kooli’s M21NSTREET fashion show will present his designs, alongside Heleene Toater and Karmen Emily Gabor, who won the Roosad Käärid competition.

Individual show tickets are priced at 18 euros, while a full-day pass costs 45 euros. Children up to the age of seven can attend free of charge.
