Tomorrow, July 26, heavy metal icons Megadeth will give a concert at the Song Festival Grounds (Lauluväljak) in Tallinn. The show, which is part of their European tour, will be their only perforance in the Baltic States.

Formed in 1983 by guitarist and vocalist Dave Mustaine and bassist David Ellefson, Megadeth have gone on to produce 16 studio albums during the past 40 years, 6 of which have gone platinum.

The Grammy award-winning band, which has sold more than 40 million records worldwide, are seen as one of the “Big Four” thrash metal bands along with Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax.

The group has received a lot of critical acclaim for their technical mastery and originality in the genre, and are well-known for their strong live performances and huge fan base.

Tickets for the concert, which range in price from 77-101 euros are still available at Piletilevi.
