Explore the ‘Alice in Wonderland’ miracle garden at Taagepera Castle

This summer, Taagepera Castle in South Estonia has a unique and beautiful themed attraction, an “Alice in Wonderland” themed garden. The 70,000-square-metre park, inspired by the famous fairy tale, offers a captivating experience for visitors of all ages. The garden, which opened on June 28, will remain open for about one more week – closing in mid-September.

The garden features thousands of flowers, a vibrant enchanted forest, numerous thematic sculptures, large-scale installations, and Alice in Wonderland-themed artwork. With such vibrant colours and installations, it is the perfect place to take memorable and Instagram-worthy photos.

The impressive 40-metre tower of Taagepera Castle has also been transformed into a multi-storey attraction, with each level you climb in the tower presenting a different part of the story – culminating in beautiful views of the local area from the top of the tower.

The “Alice” café in the castle is serving a variety of summer treats and refreshments for visitors to the gardens and tower. Entry to the gardens and tower costs 15 euros for adults. Discounts are available for children, students, and seniors.

The Alice In Wonderland-themed gardens will close in mid-September, so there is not much time left to visit.
