22.11–27.12 Tallinn Christmas Market, Town Hall Square, Tallinn

The Tallinn Christmas Market has more than 60 stalls selling handmade products, sweets, Christmas decorations and various accessories, as well as food stalls serving traditional Estonian festive dishes. Visitors can enjoy live music and dance performances, while children can have fun in the play area with carousels and meet Santa Claus in his cottage.

 

29.11.–24.12 Balti Jaam Christmas Market, Tallinn

A Christmas market has opened outside Balti Jaam Market, where you can buy hot drinks and tasty treats. At the market, you will find presents to put under the tree as well as delicacies for a traditional Estonian Christmas dinner. The will also be Lions Club mulled wine stall, with all proceeds going to help young people in care.

 

30.11.24–05.01.25 Christmas City, Tartu

The Christmas Town on Tartu’s Town Hall Square will welcome visitors until late December. Beautifully lit glass pavilions will host art and science exhibitions, workshops, live music, and cosy cafés. Visitors can also shop for festive Christmas items for their homes and thoughtful gifts.

 

01–29.12 Fairytale Courtyards, Old Town, Tallinn

In December, Tallinn’s Old Town is home to fabulously beautiful courtyards decorated with lights and Christmas decorations. The courtyards bring Estonian folk tales and Christmas stories to life. Towers and a park made of lights on Freedom Square add to the charm.

 

01.12.2024–04.01.2025 Christmas Wonderland, Torma Manor, Jõgeva County

The Winter Village offers a festive atmosphere with attractions such as Santa Claus’s elegant manor, an animal sculpture park, and seasonal train rides. Families and groups can enjoy activities like crafting workshops and themed events such as the “Sweet Candy Rally.”

 

03.12.2024–07.01.2025 Christmas in Niguliste, Niguliste Church, Tallinn

The Niguliste Museum is celebrating a very special Advent in December. In the middle of the medieval church hall and the museum’s art treasures, a Christmas tree decorated by Shishi stands tall. There is also an exhibition about unicornsmany concerts for music lovers throughout the month.

 

06–19.12 Christmas Land, Viikingite Küla, Saula

Christmas is the biggest celebration of the year at the Viking Village. Three merry Viking elves greet visitors to the village and give everyone a warm welcome. Children will be treated to exciting magic tricks, amazing fire shows, and friendly farm animals.

 

14.12.24–05.01.25 Christmas at Lotte Village, Reiu, Pärnu County

At Lotteremaa, Christmas has been awaited all year. All the villagers’ homes, gardens and forest paths have been decorated with appropriate decorations and a lively Christmas pageant has been prepared for visitors.

 

16.12 Coca Cola Christmas Truck, Noblessner, Tallinn

Coca-Cola’s Christmas truck arrives in Tallinn and this time it’s heading for Noblessner. It will stop at the parking lot of the Noblessner Foundry from 4 to 8 p.m. The event is free for everyone.

 

17–21.12 MozartFest IV 2024, Kadriorg Art Museum, Tallinn

The festival dedicated to Mozart’s music will be held in the Kadriorg Art Museum in the palace of Peter the Great. The performers include renowned musicians from Estonia and abroad. For the first time, the festival will feature works for harpsichord by the composer.
