01 Tallinn Bicycle Week

Bicycle culture continue to grow in Estonia. Tallinn Bicycle Week takes from 1-4 June and brings cyclists of all kinds from Tallinn and abroad.

 

02 Türi Flower Fair

Gardeners will certainly enjoy the flower fair in Estonia’s spring capital Türi from 19-21 May. Tens of thousands of visitors are expected this year and over 700 vendors.

 

03 Don’t forget Mum

Mother’s Day is celebrated on 14 May in Estonia. Concerts and other events celebrating mums will be taking place all over the country. The famous poem “Emadest”, a poem about mothers written by poet Lydia Koidula will certainly be heard in many places.

 

04 Celebrating women’s sports

On 20 May the 30th annual SEB Maijooks, the largest sporting event for women in Estonia will take place in Tallinn. The 7 km run and walk starts at the Song Festival Grounds. This year about 5000 women will take part.

 

05 Demolition derby

In addition to the Flower Fair, Türi will also host a demolition derby. The object of the race is speed and of course destroying other cars. There will be many events for kids as well.
